These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Swayro, a product of Duiverse Studio Private Limited (“Duiverse Studio,” “we,” “us”), a company based in Nepal. By creating an account or using Swayro, you agree to these Terms.

Using Swayro

Swayro lets you turn static images into motion video directly in your browser. You must be at least 13 years old to use Swayro. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the images, video, and projects you create in Swayro. Media you upload is processed and stored locally in your browser and is not retained on our servers. Project settings and metadata are stored on our servers so you can access your projects across sessions.

You are solely responsible for the content you import and create. You must have the necessary rights to use that content, and it must comply with the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content section below. By using Swayro, you grant us the limited right to process your project settings and metadata solely to operate and provide the service to you.

Our intellectual property

Swayro, including its name, branding, interface, and underlying software, is owned by Duiverse Studio Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or source code beyond what is needed to use Swayro as intended.

Copyright complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content created or uploaded through Swayro infringes your copyright, contact us at swayroapp@gmail.com with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the location or account involved, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond to valid complaints, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

Swayro is a general-purpose motion graphics editor and is not intended or permitted to be used for adult or NSFW content.

You may not use Swayro to create, edit, export, promote, or distribute:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content

  • Nudity intended for sexual gratification

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit deepfakes

  • Content that promotes sexual services, exploitation, trafficking, or abuse

  • Content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, or discriminatory

  • Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person

  • Content that promotes violence, illegal activity, fraud, malware, or unauthorized access to systems

Swayro does not provide public publishing, content hosting, social feeds, or a marketplace for user-created media. Images and video imported into the editor remain locally within the user's browser and are not uploaded to or retained on our servers. This local processing does not exempt users from these restrictions.

We may investigate credible reports of prohibited use and may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where required, we may preserve relevant account information and cooperate with payment providers, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities.

The service

Swayro is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or change what is available in the free tier in the future; we will update these Terms if that happens. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Swayro at any time.

Swayro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duiverse Studio Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Swayro.

Termination

You may stop using Swayro and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Duiverse Studio Private Limited is based in Nepal, and Swayro operates as a product of Duiverse Studio Private Limited.
